Lacey grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where she attended Lake Superior State University for English Language and Literature specializing in Education. She moved to Maryland in 2010 establishing an extensive retail background managing multi-million-dollar Bath and Body Works stores as well as Ann Taylor Loft. Lacey’s customer centric values and strength in multi-tasking has positively influenced her work with Scott VanPelt.
Lacey currently resides in Frederick MD, where she enjoys hiking, running, and anything else outdoors. She actively volunteers within her community and frequently challenges herself to various races, including GORUCK, marathons, and obstacle courses.
